Orders & delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days to the United States, 5–9 business days to the United Kingdom and 5–10 business days to the European Union. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Available shipping options are shown at checkout.
Will I be able to track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation. Tracking details are included when tracking is available.
Where does my order ship from?
DERT products are prepared for each order by specialised fulfilment partners in the United States and Europe. Your order is routed to the appropriate facility based on the product and delivery destination.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by the destination country. Any charges not collected at checkout are the customer's responsibility.
I made a mistake in my address. What should I do?
Email us right away at dertsupport@gmail.com with your order number and we'll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.
Returns & refunds
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email dertsupport@gmail.com right away with your order number and a photo so we can review the issue.
Can I return a product?
Returns are accepted for damaged or faulty items, with proof of purchase. Orders shipped to the European Union also have a 14-day cooling-off period. Please email dertsupport@gmail.com before sending anything back, as items returned without an approved request won't be accepted.
How do refunds work?
Once your return is received and approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

How do I know a product is right for me?
Check the ingredients, directions and warnings on the product page and packaging before use. If you have sensitive skin, patch test first. Not sure which product suits you? Email dertsupport@gmail.com.
Can I take DERT supplements with medication or during pregnancy?
Always read the label and speak with your doctor or healthcare professional first if you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition.

Yes. Our checkout is hosted by Shopify, and payments are processed securely by the payment provider you choose at checkout.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Prices can be shown in your local currency as a guide. Your final total and the currency you'll be charged in are always shown at checkout before you pay.
