DERT™ — PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Purchase Options Certain DERT products may be offered with purchase options, including subscriptions or pre-orders. The terms applicable to each purchase option will be displayed at checkout prior to purchase.
Subscription Orders Where subscription options are available, you agree to recurring charges at the frequency selected at checkout. Your payment method will be charged automatically at each renewal unless cancelled
Cancellation You may cancel a subscription at any time before the next scheduled billing date by:
- Emailing us at dertsupport@gmail.com
- Managing your subscription through your customer account portal
Cancellations made after a billing date has processed will take effect for the following billing cycle.
Modifications You may pause, skip, or modify your subscription by contacting our support team at dertsupport@gmail.com.
Refunds Subscription charges already processed at the time of cancellation are non-refundable unless the associated order has not yet been fulfilled, in which case our standard Return & Refund Policy applies.
